We respect the privacy of the users of this website, and take our responsibility to keep it private, very seriously. Because we share your privacy concerns, we have published this privacy policy to help you understand what information we collect as a result of your use of this site, and what we do with that information. Under no circumstances is your personal information shared, sold, rented or otherwise made available to anyone outside our team.

User Information and how it is gathered
We keep track of the pages you visit on our site. Our web server automatically generates a report showing the page visits and overall traffic patterns. We use this information to ensure our navigation is meaningful, what pages aren't being visited and where (within the site) you navigate. This isn't Big Brother at work, we simply want to know what is getting viewed (so we can add more content of the same type), and what isn't (so we don't waste time and money producing information that no one wants). There is nothing in this gathering that identifies you personally.
User Registration
When you signup for updates or join the forum on this site, we collect from you, your first name and email address. We use this to validate that you are a real person (and not one of the thousands of "bots" that sniff around database driven web-sites and stuff it full of useless information about Viagra or other objectionable products). Your email address is hidden from view on the site and is never released in any form to ANY third-party source. The only time WE use the email address is to send you the information you specially requested (such as the newsletter or forum message updates). You will use your email address to login into the Members Only sections and forum. In the event you forget the password you setup on your account, it will be sent to the email address used to activate the account.
User Subscription
When you decide to purchase a subscription and become a dues-paying member of the site, we collect the information we need to process your payment.
If you pay by PayPal, Cash or Money Order, we will not have or need any additional information from you.
If you pay by check, we will automatically have whatever information you give on your checks.
If you pay by credit card, we will need to collect your billing information, including your full name, billing address, city, state, zip, country, credit card type, credit card number, and expiration date. The billing information (except the credit card information) is stored on our server as a convenience to you (it will be used again next time you re-subscribe) but the credit card information is never stored here. None of this information is ever shared with any other parties, except as it is necesssary for banking (depositing checks to the bank, and processing the credit card through our merchant account).

But only for login verification, and not for any other use.
We require cookies only for the login and to allow you access to the secured areas of the site. They are not used for tracking, but are used to identify you, as a member, to our server. Without cookies, it would be impossible for us to have logins and member accounts, rendering this site useless. This is what cookies were invented to handle originally. Our cookies all have an expiration date. Should you delete all the cookies on your machine, you will have to complete the Member Login screen completely as we will no longer be able to "remember you" and complete it for you. (FYI: Cookies are small text files that reside on YOUR machine and are never sent anywhere. They do not contain any personal information and can not be used to identify you in any way. Our server simply looks for the login cookie and if found, completes the Member Login for you and then waits for your password. (Passwords are NEVER stored in cookies) The presence of the cookie allows you to navigate to other secure areas of the site without having to login again and again).
Your City, State, Zipcode, and Country
With your permission only, this information is published along with your user information in your Videos By Cenay Nailor user profile.
Videos By Cenay Nailor is a community type website, and members enjoy knowing the general whereabouts of the other people who join. For this reason, we give members the opportunity to publish their city, state, zip and country. Anytime, outside of the subscription system, that the system asks for your zipcode or other location information, that may be published next to your name.
Report Any Suspicions
If you feel you have been redirected to another site (hijacked) during a visit, please report this immediately. We take every precaution against this modern day version of "kidnapping" but hackers will always find a way. We are a garden site though, and shouldn't attract their attention.
